Payment & Delivery Policy

Payment
#1: Payment is to be made within 2 days from the date which we sent you the order confirmation email. Otherwise the order request will be cancelled.

#2: Only ATM/i-banking transfers will be accepted.
Please make all payments to POSB or UOB. I will reveal the a/c# in the order confirmation email.

#3: Pls note merchandise bought is non-exchangeable & non-refundable.

Delivery
#1: Only for orders above S$10, meet up collection is arrange @ Yishun, Yio Chu Kang, Ang Mo Kio, Bugis or Jurong East MRT station (Tue, Thurs & Sat only).

#2: Normal postage mail (view postage fee)
(Pls understand that this is at buyer's own risk, creativelab007 is not responsible for lost mails).

#3: Registered mail @ additional S$2.24 (on top of normal postage fee).

#4: Order will be sent out within 2 days after receiving the payment.
